Grown exclusively in Occitanie and harvested by hand, the Lucques olive is considered unique. Nicknamed the "green diamond," it is distinguished by its crescent moon shape. The Lucques olive is easily recognizable: a small pit, a delicate and flavorful flesh. It is mild and luscious on the palate with a subtle taste of buttery avocado and fresh hazelnut.
